Head, Neck & Jaw Massage

Runner's Massage

Nerve Compression Relief (Neck, Back, Arm, Leg)

Designed for individuals experiencing tingling, numbness, burning, or radiating symptoms from the neck into the hands, or from the low back/hips into the legs and feet. Treatment may include myofascial release, nerve gliding, and decompression techniques along nerve pathways to reduce irritation and restore comfort.

Daniel Chan is a distinguished Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, dedicated to helping clients achieve peak performance and recovery. With a background as an elite track and field athlete, Daniel brings a unique blend of athletic expertise and therapeutic mastery to his practice.

A graduate of Sutherland Chan, Daniel has worked with top-tier athletes, including serving as the lead therapist for Swim Ontario’s Tour Team at the 2025 Luxembourg Euromeet. He is currently the trusted team therapist for the Toronto Swim Club and the University of Toronto Track Club, with prior experience supporting professional football athletes during the 2022 season.

Daniel’s passion for therapy is deeply rooted in his own athletic journey. As a double gold medalist at the 2013 Canada Summer Games and a representative of Team Canada at the 2010 IAAF World Junior Championships, he understands the physical and mental demands of high-performance sports. His personal experiences with sports injuries, including ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff recovery, inspired him to become the therapist he wished he had during his career.

What sets Daniel apart is his integration of advanced therapeutic techniques with the holistic principles of Qi Gong. Trained under his mother, an international Qi Gong Master, Daniel incorporates energy work, breathwork, and visualization into his sessions. This unique approach, combined with his expertise in soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, and fascial stretch therapy, empowers clients to feel stronger, move freely, and achieve balance in their lives.
