Daniel is a highly accomplished Registered Massage Therapist and certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, committed to helping clients achieve peak performance and recovery. A graduate of Sutherland Chan, he brings extensive experience to his practice, having served as the lead therapist for Swim Ontario’s Tour Team at the 2025 Luxembourg Euromeet. Currently, he works as the trusted team therapist for the Toronto Swim Club and the University of Toronto Track Club, with previous experience supporting professional football athletes during the 2022 season.

Daniel’s passion for therapy stems from his decade-long career as an elite track and field athlete, where he relentlessly pursued his Olympic dreams. Among his many achievements, he earned two gold medals at the 2013 Canada Summer Games in the 400m hurdles and the 4×400 relay, and proudly represented Team Canada at the 2010 IAAF World Junior Championships. Through his athletic career, Daniel faced and overcame significant sports injuries, including ACL reconstruction, meniscus tears, and rotator cuff injuries. These personal experiences inspired him to become the therapist he wished he had during his own athletic journey, bringing an empathetic and informed perspective to every client.

What sets Daniel apart is his integration of advanced therapeutic techniques with the holistic principles of Qi Gong. With decades of training in energy work, breathwork, and visualization under his mother, an international Qi Gong Master and successor to the late Grandmaster Weizhao Wu, Daniel offers a unique approach to managing pain, stress, and movement challenges. As a Qi Gong Instructor, he merges these insights with his expertise in soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, fascial stretch therapy, and more, tailoring each session to empower clients to feel stronger, move freely, and find balance in their lives.

With unwavering dedication to his craft, Daniel combines his athletic background and therapeutic expertise to help individuals unlock their full potential, whether they’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or aiming to enhance their performance. His holistic, client-centered approach ensures care that is as innovative as it is compassionate.

He brings the same dedication from his Athletics and is always working on his craft to be the best health practitioner he can be. His approach to care combines a variety of therapies, including:
